- Creates annual schedule
- Contacts courses and books tee times
- Collects all membership dues
- Pays green fees

4. Handicapper and Scorecards
- Creates system of handicap assessment for all members and spares
- Creates scorecards with handicaps for each event
- Calculates prize winners at each event
- Keeps track of the Green Jacket standings

5. Prize Man
- Procures prizes for distribution after each event
- Keeps a record of names going into the final draw at year end
- Prepares yearend final draw for tax receipt

6. Website Manager
- Maintains the website
- Works collaboratively with others to gather information for posting

7. Games Man
- Decides on event games for prizes
- Creates foursomes for each event and designates captains for bet collection
- Liaise with Handicapper and website manager

8. Treasurer
- Maintains a record of intake and expenses for membership review

9. Tournament Director
- Deals with pro shop on match day to see if there are course issues
- In collaboration with Commish, deals with match day fuck ups either from course or from membership
- Ensures everyone is aware of weekly match rules
- Ensures everyone is aware of paying conditions for the day (ball up or down, etc)
- Ensures KP signs in place and allocates responsibility for pickup

10. Bill Payer
- Pays bar bill at end of each event
- Promotes overpayment to support annual charity
- Pays for shortages and/or keeps overages for donation contribution to charity

11. Spare Coordinator
- Recruits spares for members who cannot play
- Liaises with Commissioner for green fee collection
